Walking bare feet

Walking bare feet

Walking bare feet

A path of conversion
Going bare feet
Touching the ground of reality

Your own responsability
The responsability of others
And forgiveness

Just scribbling about life. Poetry and the wonder of word and language. An allegory says more than long explanations. It sinks and sinks and sinks. And one day... it comes back to the surface!

For such a simple poem there’s a lot to take in here. I think life is all about taking risks and connecting with the reality of daily life and love. Those take responsibility and can forgive others are likely to form better relationships and find more meaning from life. And what is life without love?

      Dear Mike,
shoes can make us loose connection…
touching ground can be a very powerful experience
And love always brings us back to reality indeed

It is the ground we stand on, isn’t it?

I just recently discovered the freedom and the joy of walking around without shoes. My friend came for a visit and the whole week she was with us, she never wore shoes, except when we were leaving the house. She took them off when we went to the beach. She said it kept her grounded, and encouraged me to walk around outside on the earth after I have been working at the computer all day. I have been doing it ever since she left and I am enjoying the feeling of the ground and whatever deeper meaning it has for me. I love those barefoot products. Thanks Mlaure.

You are welcome…  being grounded is the true meaning of humility…
